All our products are made on demand using a Print On Demand service called Printify. As such, orders can take up to 5-7 days to print and another 4-5 days to ship. We do this to ensure that excess products don’t go to waste and to keep our operation costs low.

When you place an order we will keep you updated with the progress of your order via email, but if you need an overview of how long it will take you can have a look at the same product through our Printify store.

Cancellations are allowed as long as your product has not been sent to print. If you need to cancel your order get in touch with us ASAP and we will let you know if it has been printed or not.

As a new business, we only allow returns if there is a misprint or other issues with your product. At the moment we don’t allow returns if you need a different size etc, so please ensure all details are correct before you place the order.

Our products are made using a variety of suppliers based in the UK or US depending on your location. These suppliers have been sourced from our printing provider Printify. You can see the supplier for your specific product using our Printify shop here or see all Printify suppliers here.

We have established donation channels via our friends in Jordan and this is how we ensure a direct access to the Palestinian families that we come into contact with. We do this because we want to ensure that aid reaches them when needed and is not at the mercy of restrictions placed by Israel which are more likely to affect the bigger, more established charities. We endeavour to provide you with more details about this process eventually, through our newsletter, blog and socials.
